Quality Policy (QA)
Founded in 1989, Eduardo Construction Pty Ltd, (Eduardo) started out as a labour supply provider. Today, Eduardo provide the South African and International markets with total human resources solutions. Together with this Eduardo Construction also manages and executes projects relating to steel fabrication.
It is the expressed policy of Eduardo Construction to comply with International Quality standards in:
- The rendering of services and supply of products which fully meet the requirements within and external to the company.
- Ensuring that the client's needs and expectations are established and agreed to prior to the provision of any services or work.
- Maintaining statutory environmental and safety requirements to society and in doing so enhancing the company's image through commitment to these requirements.
- Continually evaluating the quality management system to prevent the supply of non-conforming products/services.
- Involving skills and knowledge of employees to achieve objectives of the company more effectively.
- We are certified with ISO 900I:2015 requirements and continual improvement of the organisation's performance and the Quality Management System.
- Establishing target driven objectives, in so doing enhance continual improvement and customer satisfaction.
The implementation of the above is the responsibility of each individual person, closed corporation or company employed by Eduardo Construction (Pty) Ltd. to provide goods, services or conduct work.
